Monitoring marine biodiversity in the genomic era

Jan Pawlowski is the coordinator of an international project funded by the Swiss Network for International Studies.

It aims at developing an interdisciplinary collaboration between scientists, economists and jurists to study the practical application of genomic tools, such as genetic barcodes, to evaluate the environmental impact of industrial activities in the open sea.
