Our department collaborates with various workshops and platforms of services. These structures employs experts in their fields that are ready to help the scientists with experimental design, trainings and data analysis.
The Genomics Platform
The Genomics Platform of the University of Geneva provides counselling and access to the state-of-the-art methods in genomic technologies. These technologies enable to monitor gene expression, discover new genes, determine genotypes and analyze protein-DNA and DNA-DNA interactions on a whole-genome scale.
Bioimaging Platform
The Bioimaging Platform, created within the NCCR Frontiers-in-Genetics and integrated in the Biology Section of the University of Geneva, is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art equipment and technology for light and electron microscopy. Specialists offer advices and guidance for each step, from experimental approach to data analysis.
