My main interests as a researcher reside in the fields of Ecology and Evolution and, more specifically, in the topic of population genomics. I am especially passionate about its application in conservation strategies and in the elucidation of population demographic histories. I have previously examined speciation and phylogeography of clownfishes and am now exploring, during my PhD, the paleogenomics of reindeer, horse and bison populations in southwestern France. Through the analysis of DNA from their fossil remains, I am investigating how past climate fluctuations affected them at the genetic and epigenetic levels.
