Kostas Kampourakis, researcher at the Section of Biology of the University of Geneva, has received the "Friend of Darwin 2024" award from the National Center for Science Education (NCSE) in the United States.
He was recognized for his contributions to the teaching of biology, particularly through his numerous publications such as "Darwin Mythology" and "Ancestry Reimagined". Currently, he teaches at the Section of Biology and gives courses in science didactics as part of the Institute of Teacher Education at the University of Geneva.
